Process Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space and independent researcher in AI/ML verification and validation

Kacper is a Process Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space in Warsaw. Since joining in September 2023, he has developed technological processes, assembly sequences and control documentation for prototype and serial aircraft production. In parallel, he runs an independent applied-AI/ML research track on verification and validation: testing whether model and forecast results survive overfitting checks, using pre-registered, reproducible pipelines. At KS Venture Group he has designed, built and operated Clashpoint, an AI sales-coaching platform, end to end since 2024.

Paweł Kulak

Co-Founder & CEO

AI governance and economic security strategist focused on Poland and Central and Eastern Europe

Paweł works on AI governance and economic security. He assesses how dependencies on AI, cloud and digital infrastructure shape strategic choice, control and operational continuity in regulated sectors across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, combining political and regulatory analysis with technical assessment supported by data and code. He is Senior Specialist, Politics & Economy at the Embassy of the State of Israel in Warsaw, where he prepares political, economic and security analysis for decision-makers, and Board Advisor at FullSet Energy, working on renewables and battery energy storage. His experience also includes M&A due diligence and integration for international firms in Poland. At KS Venture Group he leads the business side as co-founder and CEO.
